The AnswerNet History and Call Centre Awards
AnswerNet has an important story to tell. Not only do we offer two full-service Canadian call centres in Winnipeg and Toronto, but we are also part of AnswerNet network which has 25+ locations across the rest of North America. Founded in 1998, AnswerNet has grown through organic sales as well as through acquisition and partnership and has accumulated many call centre awards. Combining many smaller companies into a single larger entity gives our customers the service and intimacy of working with a small company, with the infrastructure and options of working with a large company.
Our mission is to provide our customers with the people, services, and technology to allow them to run their businesses, their way. All the growth, experience, and awards in the world do not matter unless our clients are happy with the superior results we deliver. That customer focus has helped us earn some prestigious recognition.
