AnswerNet has an important story to tell. Not only do we offer two full service call centres, telephone answering services and telemarketing in Winnipeg and Toronto, we are part of AnswerNet. AnswerNet is a full-service provider of inbound, outbound, automated and business process outsourcing (BPO) call center services and has 28 call centres within the USA and Canada.
Founded in 1998, AnswerNet has grown through organic sales as well as through acquisition and partnership. Combining many smaller companies into a single larger entity gives our customers the service and intimacy of working with a small company, with the infrastructure and options of working with a large company.
But, all the growth, experience and awards in the world don’t matter unless our clients are happy with the superior results we deliver. That customer focus has helped us earn some prestigious recognitions.
AnswerNet has been named as one of the top 50 teleservices contact center outsourcers in the US multiple times by Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine. AnswerNet is also one of the few answering services to win The Association of TeleServices International’s (ATSI) Award of Excellence 17 times.
